Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all furniture and home products sold by Beanhomedecor within the United States. All order processing and deliveries follow the guidelines outlined in this policy.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays), including inventory verification, packaging, and logistics arrangements.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Customers can choose a preferred carrier during checkout or let the system automatically assign one.

4. Shipping Coverage

We provide shipping across the entire United States, including urban and remote areas, ensuring products are delivered safely and on time.

5. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total of $110 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under $110, a $10 shipping fee will be charged. 

6. Estimated Delivery Time

From the time an order is shipped until it reaches the customer, delivery generally takes 4–7 business days.

7. Packaging Information

All products are packed using sturdy and secure packaging materials. Large furniture items are reinforced with protective measures to prevent damage during transit.

8. Order Tracking

After shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Orders can be tracked through the carrier’s website or our store’s order management system.

9. Receipt Confirmation

Upon receiving the product, customers should inspect the packaging and product condition immediately. If any damage or missing items are found, please take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours.

10. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied. Products must be brand new and unused, complete and undamaged for resale. Please refer to our Exchange policy for details.

11. Return Eligibility

If a product does not meet customer expectations, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be complete, undamaged, and include original packaging and accessories. All returned items must be brand new and unused and suitable for resale. Please refer to our Return policy for details.

12. Shipping Fees and Customer Support

Return or exchange shipping fees are covered by Beanhomedecor, and we will provide prepaid shipping labels for all eligible returns and exchanges. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.
