Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are fully covered by Beanhomedecor, and we will provide prepaid shipping labels for customers to send back items without extra charges.
8. Exchange and Return Process
The process includes: submit request → customer service confirmation → return of product → inspection → refund or replacement shipment. Customers should submit their requests via email to info@beanhomedecor.com, providing the order number and product information.
9. Product Inspection
After receiving the returned or exchanged product, the Store will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions (brand new and unused, no impact on resale). Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed.
10. Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service
All furniture products are covered by a 2-year warranty. If any product quality issues occur within the warranty period, professional after-sales service is provided. Customers may contact us via email or phone for assistance.
